The API docs are currently being written. I anticipate that they will be completed by the first week of December. For now, read the tutorial, which provides near-comprehensive coverage.

If you want a list of all available evaluator flags and all function aliases, read the source file src/clojuratica/runtime/default_options.clj. Feel free to send messages to the mailing list requesting more information on particular evaluator flags.
